Bridgeport police are investigating a crash in which an SUV went through a fence and smashed into a house.
The collision happened at around midnight at Barnum and Noble avenues.
Police say the SUV ran a red light, hit another car, and slammed into a house where a priest was sleeping directly above the crash site.
Five people were treated at the scene for non-life threatening injuries, and some were taken to the hospital.
Police report that there's no indication that alcohol was involved.
The unidentified driver has been fined for running the red light.
