A Bridgeport man was arrested in Milford for allegedly harassing a person he was prohibited from contacting.
Police say Esteban Gonzalez tried to call the victim 63 times in two hours.
They say Gonzalez made the calls after being arrested in connection with a domestic dispute in Bridgeport.
