The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is warning that monkeypox could return this summer.
The agency is already investigating a cluster in the Chicago area.
At least 12 cases were confirmed between mid-April and early May.
Nine of the 12 received two doses of the monkeypox vaccine.
The CDC says that vaccinations can reduce the severity of the illness.
