Chef's Quick Tip: Pupcakes

Carrot pumpkin apple pupcakes with peanut butter frosting
1 cup brown or white rice flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, preferably local
2 TBS. local, raw honey
1 cup pumpkin, preferably organic
1 cup shredded carrots
½ cup 100% applesauce, no sweetener added
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix above together with hand or stand mixer. Bake in muffin tins for 40 minutes. Let cool.
8 oz. plain Greek or goat milk yogurt
4 oz. 100% peanut butter, nothing added, preferably organic
1 TBS. local, raw honey
Mix above together with hand or stand mixer until smooth, thick, frosting-like consistency. Spread onto cooled pupcakes. Garnish with a handmade dog cookie or candle.
