Community Health Center gives kids smiles with free dental care

NORWALK - A local health center provided free dental care today to dozens of children in need.

Community Health Center of Norwalk provided free dental care, from cleanings to fillings, for 80 kids in 10 hours. The children all came from low-income families, many without insurance.

The event was part of the American Dental Association’s “Give a Kid a Smile Day.”

Organizers say that this year was the biggest ever for the event.
