257ds agoTwo local businesses found a unique way to use masks to reconnect with the community in Westport Wednesday.
Town Planner Fairfield County and Danise Talbot Design came together to host an outdoor, socially distant masquerade ball.
Guests had to pre-register and RSVP, wear masks and have their temperatures checked.
"We just wanted it to be a lot of fun in [a] time where people are under a lot of stress and duress, and we wanted to show our appreciation to our clients, and, in this time, just lift a little bit of the atmosphere," said Helen Grace, owner and publisher of Town Planner Fairfield County.
The party featured food, drinks and a best mask contest.
