1 arrested, 2 hospitalized after Stamford brawl

STAMFORD - Stamford police say they arrested one person and are searching for another suspect involved in a brawl on Summer Street early this morning.

Investigators say it happened at around 1 a.m. outside of the Bungalow Night Club, just after closing.

Police say clashing gang members from the east and west side of the city sparked the melee, which began inside, spilled onto the street and involved about 100 people.

One of two bystanders hospitalized after says he was slashed in the face by a box cutter. The other person was released from the hospital after suffering minor injuries.Police say they have made one arrest for disorderly conduct and are still looking for the alleged slasher.
