STAMFORD - A Norwalk teen was released from the hospital Monday evening after being shot in the head at a Stamford park Friday night.

Police say the 19-year-old victim was hanging out with a group at Rippowam Park in Stamford when someone fired at least six shots at them.

The victim was the only person in the group who was hit. He was taken to the hospital, where he underwent surgery for a wound to his skull.

Police say no arrests have been made.
