STRATFORD - Southbound I-95 was temporarily shut down Friday night near exit 31 after two fire engines were hit by a tractor-trailer, according to the Stratford mayor's office.A spokesman for the mayor says that the fire engines were responding to an accident at around 8:30 p.m. when they were hit by the truck.Officials say the fire engines were totaled, but that no injuries were reported.Watch News 12 Traffic and WeatherQuick-View Traffic Cameras
