DARIEN - Two men accused of trying to run a chimney repair scam in Darien appeared in court Thursday.

Police say Christopher Cullen and Thomas Musial, both from West Babylon, N.Y., were arrested because they were not licensed to perform the repairs they tried to sell to a 72-year-old man.

The men work for All City Chimney, and Darien police say they have received complaints about the company in the past.

The arrests come just one week after two other men were arrested for a similar incident.
