2 Stamford robberies may be linked

Stamford police are investigating two armed robberies that could be related.Officers say the first robbery happened at the Family Grocery Store on Lockwood Avenue Friday

STAMFORD - Stamford police are investigating two armed robberies that could be related.

Officers say the first robbery happened at the Family Grocery Store on Lockwood Avenue Friday night.

They say a man, wearing a ski mask, walked in waving a gun and took money from the clerk.

They say the second robbery happened at the Dunkin' Donuts on East Main Street early Sunday morning. In that case, a man wearing a ski mask and gloves entered with a gun and demanded cash.
