BRIDGEPORT - More than two dozen Bridgeport teachers' aides can breathe easier now that their jobs have been reinstated.
A meeting held at the Bridgeport Aquaculture School resulted in the reinstatement of 27 positions. It was a decision that aides have been waiting for all summer.
The positions were removed as a result of financial troubles leaving many hoping that federal funds would save their jobs.
News 12 Connecticut has also learned that five assistant principal positions were reinstated.
