STRATFORD - Police have made a second arrest in the murder of a Stratford man.

Police arrested Wilfredo Martinez, 23, of Bridgeport, yesterday.

The other suspect was also arraigned yesterday.

Police say Martinez and Jose Rivera, 24, opened fire last month on Barnum Avenue, hitting 20-year-old Noel Gonzalez while he was on the porch of a house.

Police say both suspects surrendered after they were told officers were searching for them.
