TRUMBULL - Trumbull police say a second man has been arrested in connection with a bank robbery.

Norwalk police arrested Daniel Cisiewicz, 18, during a traffic stop earlier this week.

Police say after pulling him over, they learned there was an outstanding warrant out for his arrest.

Authorities believe Cisiewicz held up the People's United Bank on White Plains Road in Trumbull this winter.
