NORWALK - A nine-car pile up on I-95 this morning sent three people to the hospital and caused a traffic jam on the highway.
State police say it all began on the southbound side of the highway near exit 21 in Fairfield just after 11 a.m. They say the crash caused major delays on both sides of the highway.
Fire officials say a 3-week-old baby is among three people hurt after their car rolled over.
Police say that the highway was closed to just one lane this afternoon, but all lanes have since been reopened.
