4 charged after shots fired in Bridgeport

Four Bridgeport men are facing charges in connection to shots that were fired in the city. Police say witnesses heard two shots near Hillhouse Avenue

BRIDGEPORT - Four Bridgeport men are facing charges in connection to shots that were fired in the city.

Police say witnesses heard two shots near Hillhouse Avenue Sunday night.

No one was hit, but police say the witnesses spotted the suspects in a car nearby.

Police say they tracked down the car and found four men inside.

They say Tyler Vaughan, 19, refused to cooperate with officers. After a struggle, they say they found a loaded handgun in his pocket.
