NORWALK - The candidates running for the 4th Congressional District seat faced off Thursday in their only televised debate. Congressman Jim Himes (D) and challenger Steve Obsitnik competed at the Norwalk Inn in the second of four debates. News 12 Connecticut's Tom Appleby moderated the debate.
