4th Congressional District candidates gear up for debate

NORWALK - Rep. Jim Himes and Republican Steve Obsitnik spent today gearing up for their first televised debate.Himes, the two-term congressman from Greenwich, met with the Kiwanis Club at Atria Stamford, touting his record in Washington to drum up support.Obsitnik, a Navy veteran and businessman, also met with Kiwanis members today, but in Fairfield.The congressional candidates will meet for three debates over the next three weeks, the first of which will take place tomorrow at 9 p.m.
