MIDDLETOWN - A fifth Wesleyan University student is facing charges in connection to the molly overdoses that sent a dozen people to the hospital.

Middetown police say the 21-year-old from Maryland turned himself in Friday for selling the drug last month.

The student was among the dozen that were treated at Hartford Hospital.

As News 12 previously reported four students were arrested during last month’s investigation and suspended from the university following their arrest.
