9/11 CT Remembers: Replica Twin Towers Dedication

STAMFORD - A replica of the Twin Towers was dedicated today outside Woodside Fire Station in Stamford.

The replica was constructed by a group of Stamford firefighters over the course of two months.

"Thousands were killed, including nine residents of Stamford, and all of our lives were unalterably changed," said Brendan Keatley, President of Stamford Firefighters.

The group hopes the memorial will be a place for visitors to leave flowers and other notes of remembrances of lost loved ones.
