97 percent of Redding without power after storm

REDDING - The aftermath of this weekend?s nor?easter has left 97 percent of Redding without power.

Town officials spent part of the day trying to determine which residents could not leave their homes by car due to downed trees and power lines.

There is no word yet on when power will be restored.
