WILTON - A Wilton man will spend the next 50 years in a psychiatric hospital for brutally beating his father to death.

A three-judge panel found Aaron Ramsey guilty due to mental illness last year.

Ramsey's lawyer says he killed his father at their home on Signal Hill Road because he thought his father was an alien. He says his client had no history of violence before this incident.
