NORWALK - A Norwalk man accused of robbing a bank in Westport last week was arraigned today.
News 12 Connecticut has been told 40-year-old Felix Lopez turned himself in to police after learning someone had tipped them off.
Police say Lopez walked into the TD Bank on Charles Street last Friday, passed the teller a note and threatened to shoot if he didn?t get cash.
Lopez says he lost his home and needed the money to pay rent. He is also wanted on unrelated crimes in Norwalk and Wilton.
Lopez is being held on $155,000 bond and is due back in court later this month.
