Accused Bridgeport cannibal to face judge

A Bridgeport man accused of killing a homeless man and eating part of his body is set to appear in court today.Police say Tyree Smith

BRIDGEPORT - A Bridgeport man accused of killing a homeless man and eating part of his body is set to appear in court today.

Police say Tyree Smith confessed to killing Angel Gonzalez in December. Gonzalez's body was found in January in a vacant apartment on Brooks Street.

Smith has pleaded not guilty.
