The man who police say killed a homeless man in Bridgeport and ate parts of his body is expected to be in court today.Police say

BRIDGEPORT - The man who police say killed a homeless man in Bridgeport and ate parts of his body is expected to be in court today.

Police say Tyree Smith, 35, killed Angel Gonzalez and then ate one of his eyeballs and part of his brain.

Today, a judge will determine whether prosecutors have enough evidence against Smith.

Smith arrested earlier this year in Florida.
