NORWALK - Accused Times Square car bomber Faisal Shahzad once owned a condo in Norwalk.

Tax records indicate Shahzad owned Unit 1 of the Maple Tree Condominium Complex at 14 Ferris Ave.

Real estate attorney Lisa Kent says she represented a young couple looking to buying the condo from Shahzad in 2004. Kent says she was shocked to realize who she helped close the deal with. ?It?s frightening to think that I was at the table with a terrorist or a terrorist in the making I guess,? she said.

Kent says Shahzad sold the condo to the couple for more than $260,000.
