MILFORD - Milford police have arrested a man they say was spying on his teenage neighbor.

Police say they saw Brian Bullet, 42, looking in to windows of a home on the 200 block of Bridgeport Avenue. Investigators say they were alerted to Bullet?s activities through a tip.

The alleged victim's family told police that their child had been in the rooms that Bullet was looking in.
