NORWALK - Norwalk police say they have arrested a worker who drained a pool causing a road to become a sheet of ice, which lead to a multi-car accident.

Officials say the water drained onto Flax Hill Road yesterday morning.

They say the icy conditions led to an accident between a public works truck and three cars.

Police say they arrested Alfredo Bahena-Benitez after he admitted to draining the water onto the road.
