MILFORD - The Milford man who allegedly made bombs in his grandfather's basement is due in court today.

Police say they arrested 40-year-old Jason Bayard in October after Bayard's mother told officers he was making the explosives in a home on Victory Drive.

Bayard is charged with illegal possession of explosives and making bombs.
