Alleged Bridgeport murderer in court as victim's family looks on

BRIDGEPORT - More than a dozen family members of Daniel Speller filled a Bridgeport courtroom today during the hearing of his accused killer.

James Cunningham is accused of shooting Speller to death following a dispute over $100. Police say they arrested Cunningham after he put Speller's body in his SUV and drove it to a nearby wooded area to dump it.

Cunningham has yet to enter a plea. He is due back in court next month.
