Alverto Garcia, of Norwalk, arrested after crashing car into home

A Norwalk man was arrested this morning after the car he was driving hit a house. Police say 21-year-old Alverto Garcia admitted he was speeding

NORWALK - A Norwalk man was arrested this morning after the car he was driving hit a house.

Police say 21-year-old Alverto Garcia admitted he was speeding when his car struck a home on South Main Street around 2:30 a.m.

The crash caused minor damage.

Investigators say the vehicle also struck a parked car.

Police arrested Garcia for speeding charges and for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana.
