NORWALK - Two men accused of kidnapping and robbery were arraigned today.
Westport police say Andrew Frank and Peter Ferraro Jr. offered the victim a ride at the Mobil gas station on East Avenue, then held him against his will in a car at knife point.
Authorities believe Ferraro was driving the car and pulled a knife on the victim. Frank's attorney claims his client got out of the car before Ferraro stole the victim's ATM cards and PIN number.
