Arrest made after crash with a school bus

BRIDGEPORT - Bridgeport police say they arrested a driver involved in a hit-and-run crash with a school bus.

It happened near the intersection of Boston Avenue and Asylum Street yesterday afternoon.

Police say a truck hit the bus and another car before taking off.

None of the students on the bus were hurt, although a woman in the car was taken to the hospital.

Police say they arrested the driver of the truck a short time after the crash.
