MILFORD - Two men accused of allegedly firing a BB gun at two people went before a judge Monday.

Police say the shots were fired on Broadway Saturday night.

According to authorities, one victim was shot in the chin and the other victim was shot in the eye by Joseph Fox, 20. Police say Fox was with Kevin Brennan at the time of the shooting.

While police say that both men were in possession of the weapon, Brennan's attorney believes differently.

"I believe that when everything comes in it will show that Mr. Brennan will be vindicated and there will not be enough evidence to tie him to the crime," attorney Don Walsh says.

The victim that was hit in the eye was released from the hospital. Bail was set at $100,000 for Fox. Brennan's bail was set at $25,000.
