Baldwin Senior Center in Stratford prepares for St. Patrick's Day show

STRATFORD - The Baldwin Senior Center in Stratford is getting ready for its big St. Patrick's Day show this Friday.

The show will feature songs, dance numbers and elaborate costumes. 

Sarah Masso, 83, the director of the "Baldwin Players" for the last eight years, makes every single costume by hand.

"I really enjoy this," said Masso. "Someone said to me, you're going into your second childhood. And I said to them I never left my first."

She says that creating is what keeps her going every day. 

Masso says she has made hundreds of costumes over the years for just about every holiday.
