BRIDGEPORT - The ballot recount has concluded in Bridgeport and officials say all three candidates got shortchanged votes.

Although the outcomes would have been the same, Democrat Dan Malloy missed out on 761 votes, Republican Tom Foley missed out on 174 and 19 weren?t counted for Independent Tom Marsh. The recount followed an unprecedented ballot error when officials say at least a dozen polling places ran out of paper ballots.
