HARTFORD - Sen. Richard Blumenthal is weighing in on the change in command at Connecticut Light and Power.

Chief Operating Officer and President Jeff Butler stepped down yesterday amid criticism over how the company handled massive outages after the October nor'easter and Tropical Storm Irene.

Blumenthal says it is a good start, but more needs to be done.
