STRATFORD - Police have recovered the body of a man whose car was found floating in the Housatonic River last night.

The body of Garrett Moss-Grimes, 22, was discovered when police pulled his car from the water.

Police say there were no signs of foul play and that his death may have been an accident. They are not ruling out the possibility of suicide.

Moss-Grimes' girlfriend, Bianca Davila, says the car her boyfriend was found in had mechanical problems.

Police say they are waiting on autopsy results.
