The bomb squad was called to Fairway Market in Stamford Sunday evening after a suspicious package was found in the supermarket's parking lot.

Police say they got a phone call from store managers who reported a large suitcase appeared to have been left in the parking lot intentionally. The bomb squad checked out the suitcase and determined it was not explosive.
