NORWALK - A Norwalk man was in court this afternoon for allegedly attacking police responding to a domestic disturbance.

Authorities say 47-year-old Kenneth Aubin was fighting with his brother Monday evening when police were called to the scene at 159 West Rocks Road. Aubin allegedly yelled racial slurs at one of the officers and punched two of them.

The judge set a $10,000 bond for Aubin.
