MILFORD - Boy Scouts in Milford are hosting their annual “Thanks for Giving” food drive this weekend, and participants will be helping out for 48 hours straight.

The goal of the food drive is to collect food for hundreds of families in need.

Boy Scout leaders say the donations will help make boxed dinners for families on Thanksgiving, in addition to stocking pantry shelves in the community. The kids volunteering say they are thankful for the donations, and the recipients are as well.
