BRIDGEPORT - A Bridgeport man is facing charges after officers say they arrested him with a sawed-off shotgun.
Police say they responded to Washington Avenue Thursday morning following a report that someone was being threatened by a gun.
Authorities say they took 38-year-old Braulio Moncion in for questioning, but released him after the suspected victim refused to cooperate.

Police say they watched Moncion return to the scene after being released, believing he was retrieving a firearm. When they stopped him, officers say the shotgun was found in his possession.
Reports say he was arrested on suspicious of criminal possession of a firearm and other charges.
