STAMFORD - Brave souls who are a part of the local Polar Bear Club took their yearly plunge into the Long Island Sound for charity today.

The charity that motivated the members to dive into the freezing waters is the Den for Grieving Kids, an organization that assists children and parents in coping with the death of a loved one.

The event was emceed by News 12 Connecticut's own Mark Sudol.
