Bridgeport dog to be moved inside

BRIDGEPORT - Bridgeport police say the owners of a dog whose outdoor living enclosure caused an uproar has agreed to move the animal inside their house.

The dog has been living in a heated enclosure in the backyard.

Activists feared the dog was living in poor conditions and was subject to abuse.

Police said they were called to the home to investigate more than a dozen times and determined the dog was well cared for and was being exercised and socialized.
