BRIDGEPORT - Bridgeport police have identified the man found dead inside a burnt home in April.

Police say the body of Ricardo James, 55, was found two days after a fire tore through a home on Worth Street.

Investigators say they had to identify his body using dental records because he used a fake name.

Police say it is likely that he was the victim of a homicide.

His death may be connected to a shooting on Worth Street that same night.
