BRIDGEPORT - Bridgeport firefighters say a massive blaze that ripped through an abandoned building may be arson.

They say it took nearly 12 hours for them to put out the flames on Friday at the old Davidson's Fabrics factory.

Officials say the fire originated in the basement of the building and was difficult to extinguish because the warehouse remains full of materials.

The city says it will probably have to have the building torn down.
