A Bridgeport homeowner spoke out Wednesday after he was fined $3,000 by the city's anti-blight program.

Gabriel Milord says he does not understand why his property is being hit with such a large fine when there are houses on his street that look worse.

The house, which is located at the corner of Maple and Kossuth Streets, is currently vacant.
