BRIDGEPORT - A plan is being discussed in Bridgeport to shift voting districts in parts of the city.

Members of the Connecticut chapter of the NAACP hosted last night's meeting at the East End Baptist Tabernacle Church.

Former UConn law professor John Brittain says he is looking into whether moving some voters out of district 23 and into district 22 is discriminatory.

Brittian says if there is any evidence that shows redistricting would be discriminatory the community may consider suing the state.
