BRIDGEPORT - A Bridgeport man is facing charges after police say he choked his wife and threw his 3-year-old son against a wall.

According to police, it happened at their apartment in the P.T. Barnum housing complex on St. Stephens Road.

Police say Kevin Black Sr. choked his wife when she opened the door to let him in early Saturday morning and then threw the child.
