BRIDGEPORT - Court officials say a Bridgeport man will spend the next 60 years behind bars for killing his pregnant girlfriend and her 80-year-old grandmother.

Rey Damien Garcia, 26, was sentenced yesterday.

He pleaded guilty to stabbing Yeliza Vasquez, 22, last year after police say she broke his crack pipes and threatened to break up with him over his drug use.

Garcia then stabbed Vasquez's grandmother to death when she tried to intervene.
